AAIS COVID-19 Response

All-American Intelligent Solutions, Inc. is committed to providing its employees and clients with a safe, clean and worry-free environment.  To ensure this we have doubled the number of in-depth, professional office cleaning per week to include our warehouse space and we have a crew dedicated to sanitizing touch points multiple times per day.  To protect our employees and limit their potential exposure, we have adjusted our schedules to minimize the number of workers in the office and warehouse spaces by alternating work schedules and facilitating telework where possible.  All AAIS employees are required to wear masks, gloves and other prescribed PPE on all job sites.  We are prioritizing essential/critical projects such as medical, financial, and construction projects.  All in-home projects are postponed until further notice.

To recover from this pandemic, we have constructed a plan for the remainder of 2020 or until this pandemic has subsided.  AAIS continues to monitor and adhere to local, regional and federal guidelines and continue with mandatory mask/facial covering on job sites and warehouse work, as directed.  Teleworking and minimum manning in the office and warehouse will continue until Memorial Day weekend.  We have initiated our hiring process to bring on additional personnel (warehouse, installers, and laborers) to help those without jobs get back on their feet.

During this strange time, we are doing everything we can to create a safe work environment for all employees and clients.  With the precautions we are taking and the recovery plan we have set, AAIS plans to fully recover from this worldwide pandemic.  We will continue to provide the superior, timely office furniture services our clients and partners expect from us to the best of our ability during this unprecedented time.
